"Walking Through Landscapes, Sharing Aspirations for the Future" Honle Group Organizes 2025 Staff Team-Building Trip to Nanjixi River
Site EditorThe sun was shining, the breeze was gentle. On November 22, to enrich employees' leisure life and enhance team cohesion, Honle Group organized a team-building trip themed "Walking Through Landscapes, Sharing Aspirations for the Future." The event saw participation from over 80 staff members.

The journey commenced at the Shiyan Scenic Area, revered as the "Pillar of Southern Zhejiang" and celebrated for its majestic, peculiar, perilous, beautiful, and serene landscapes. From the magnificent Shiyan Rock itself to the winding "Little Three Gorges," from the uniquely shaped "Lingjiu Peak" to the soaring suspension bridges, the team was immersed in nature's splendor. Laughter and conversation filled the air as everyone temporarily set aside the routines and worries of work, wholeheartedly immersing themselves in the tranquil embrace of the green mountains and clear waters, savoring a truly leisurely escape.

Departing from the beautiful Shiyan Scenic Area, the team arrived at Lingshang Village, a hamlet blanketed in lush greenery, serenaded by babbling brooks and with wisps of cooking smoke curling into the air. Here, they indulged in the Nanxi River's most celebrated culinary experience: the roast whole lamb. As employees savored the delicacy—with its crispy golden skin, rich fat, and tender, juicy meat—complemented by fresh, organic mountain fare, all agreed that no mountain was too high to climb and no journey too long to make for such a rewarding experience.
After the satisfying feast, the team ventured to Cangpo Ancient Village. Despite the trials and tribulations of a millennium, this historic settlement retains many architectural wonders from the Song Dynasty, exuding an aura of timeless simplicity and grandeur. Strolling along its stone-paved paths, flanked by impeccably preserved Song-era structures—residences, pavilions, ancestral temples, ponds, and ancient cypresses—felt like listening to gentle whispers of antiquity. These buildings stand as not only the crystallized essence of ancient Chinese culture but also as silent witnesses to Cangpo's long history. Having endured the elements for centuries, they still stand proud, eloquently showcasing the exquisite craftsmanship and unique charm of Song Dynasty architecture.

The grand finale of our trip was a series of team games at the Nanxi River Campsite! Energies soared during the crowd-favorite "Frontline Support" and "Battlefield Command" challenges. With seven teams formed, each member brought unique strengths to the table, showcasing incredible unity and efficiency. A huge congratulations to the "Eagle Team" for their stellar teamwork and well-deserved win! But beyond any trophy, the real reward was the laughter that built trust and the shared experience that strengthened our bonds. A perfect culmination to a unifying journey!

This team-building event not only alleviated work-related stress but also significantly enhanced team cohesion. It served as a practical platform to embody and strengthen our corporate culture of "Professionalism, Collaboration, and Passion," thereby laying a solid foundation for the efficient collaboration and shared successes to come.
