2025 Honle Empowerment Program Launched: Lesson 5 - Build Team Backbone & Unleash Core Drive

Amidst intensifying market competition, a resilient and high-performing core team is the essential engine for sustainable business growth. Honle Group addressed this need with the "Build Team Backbone & Unleash Core Drive" workshop, held on the afternoon of October 18th as a key part of its 2025 management and key talent empowerment program. Over 50 participants immersed themselves in the training, gaining actionable strategies to drive the company's strategic goals and enhance overall team effectiveness.
As the bridge between strategy and execution, core team leaders turn high-level goals into actionable plans. In a training led by Mr. Nie Chunming, the “Acquire, Develop, Deploy, Retain” framework was explored through both theory and practice.
On talent acquisition, Mr. Nie emphasized that “selection outweighs effort.” He outlined key traits of high-potential talent: proactive, principles-driven, collaborative, resourceful, and growth-oriented.
In talent deployment, he highlighted that underutilized employees reflect leadership failure. Excellent managers, he explained, should grasp priorities, give direction, and act as commander, mentor, and supporter.
For talent development, a “humble mindset” and the “learn–act–teach” cycle were advised. Managers were urged to master a closed-loop approach: identify, analyze, solve, and prevent problems.
On talent retention, Mr. Nie proposed a “Key Talent Pool” system. Through career paths, development support, and succession planning, key talent can grow confidently and remain committed.
Throughout the session, all participants were deeply engaged, diligently taking notes and actively contributing to discussions. It was universally acknowledged that the training addressed critical management challenges, providing both fresh perspectives and practical methodologies. Many expressed a firm commitment to integrating these insights into their work, ready to assume greater responsibilities as core team members.
