Site EditorOn the morning of January 30, Honle Group’s 2025 Year-End Work Summary and Commendation Conference was smoothly convened in the first-floor hall of Building 1. Mr. Feng Jinggang, Chairman of the Board of Honle Group, Mr. Feng Junfeng, General Manager, and Deputy General Managers in charge of all functional systems attended the conference. All employees of the Group gathered to participate and thoroughly study the guiding ideology and core spirits of the meeting.

First, Yang Yeping, Deputy General Manager in charge of production of the Power Supply Business Unit, and Qin Wei, Deputy General Manager in charge of production of the Integrated Equipment Business Unit, took the stage to deliver a comprehensive summary of the Group’s 2025 production, operation and management performance, as well as a detailed report on the 2026 work plan and development objectives.

Thereafter, Mr. Feng Junfeng, General Manager of Honle Group, comprehensively reviewed the Group’s 2025 operating results on behalf of the company. In his address, he noted: "In 2025, the Group achieved a 5.1% year-on-year growth in total sales, with foreign trade exports ranking 45th among Yueqing’s Top 100 Export Enterprises. Amid a complex and evolving external environment and global economic slowdown, we persisted in taking technological innovation as the core driving force and built the Honle brand with exquisite craftsmanship and superior quality, achieving steady sales growth against the trend. This accomplishment stems from the dedication of all sales personnel and every employee present. In 2026, I will continue to lead the sales team, uphold our founding mission, embrace new challenges, and strive to exceed established business objectives." He then formulated and announced the overall work arrangements for 2026.

Finally, Mr. Feng Jin'gang, Chairman of Hongle Group, delivered an important speech. He began by affirming the Group’s outstanding performance in 2025, then put forward five key requirements for future development:

Enhance Product Quality ManagementQuality control shall start from the source: the Group will continue to optimize product design and production processes, analyze and mitigate potential design risks, and strengthen technical state management. Meanwhile, the penetration of supply chain quality management will be improved, with stricter criteria for supplier qualification, access review and capability assessment. In addition, production process inspection will be reinforced to balance production efficiency and product quality, ensuring the highest quality standards.
