To Break Through Management Bottlenecks and Adapt to High-Quality Development Needs, Honle Group Recently Invited Consultant Nie Chunming from Qiaode Consulting to Conduct a Special Training on "Activating Organizations - Construction of Self-Management System" for Middle and Senior Managers and Business Backbones.
At the start of the training, Nie Chunming pointed out that the essence of management is "driving value with mental effort". He emphasized that managers should "begin with the end in mind"—plan paths based on goals, and avoid getting stuck in operational busyness.
In the management innovation section, he proposed that AI will replace repetitive work, and managers should make good use of automated tools to improve efficiency. He noted that innovation is the precise optimization of old models; enterprises need to build a culture that tolerates trial and error, and turn innovative methods into management capabilities through repeated practice.
Regarding the self-management system, Nie outlined the path to achieving "management without intervention": relying on the "Twelve Management Principles" to advance systematic construction from simplification to AI-enabled operations. Among these, the distribution mechanism is the core—enterprises should implement "those who are capable do more, and more work brings more gains" to stimulate employees' potential. For performance appraisal, the focus should be on organizational performance; avoiding strong binding with salaries (which leads to short-sighted behaviors) to ultimately build an independently operating organizational system
At the end of the training, combined with the current economic situation, Nie Chunming gave an important reminder: Managers must prioritize "time-space, direction, and methods"—time-space opportunities take precedence over direction selection, and direction selection precedes method skills. Only by being a "foresighted" planner can they find opportunities amid challenges.
