2025 Honle Empowerment Program Launched: Honle Group《Efficient Execution》 – 2nd Session of Management & Business Backbone Training

On July 19th, the second session 《Efficient Execution》 of Honle Group's 2025 Capacity Enhancement Training for Management Team and Business Backbones kicked off smoothly. Focusing on "execution", a core proposition in corporate management, this course injected thinking and methods of efficient execution into the company's management team and business backbones through theoretical analysis, case sharing and interactive practice, helping the team transform strategic goals into solid results.
The lecturer for this training is Mr. Zhu Rongbin, a gold medal trainer in Qiaode Enterprise's management communication skills and efficient execution, with over 20 years of practical experience in large enterprise management.
The training started with Mr. Zhu showing military parade videos from different eras, which intuitively demonstrated the strong execution of the military characterized by "being combat-ready and sure to win when fighting". This revealed the core of execution: "Military orders are as weighty as mountains; obeying orders is one's bounden duty, and there should be no excuses for resolute execution." On this basis, Mr. Zhu clearly distinguished the concepts of "execution" and "executive power": execution refers to the specific process of achieving set goals and obtaining results, while executive power is the ability to turn goals into good results.
The essence of high-efficiency execution lies in achieving goals swiftly, accurately, and with high quality. By setting up role models of strong execution, team members can witness its power firsthand, fostering a proactive mindset toward execution.
In the session "What's Missing in Execution", it directly points out four key issues of poor execution in enterprise management: first, the lack of clear goals leads to vague action directions; second, the absence of result or value-oriented methods makes efforts disconnected from achievements; third, the lack of a scientific assessment and reward-punishment mechanism, which is difficult to stimulate the motivation for continuous execution; fourth, the team has not formed an execution culture that goes deep into its genes, making execution a passive requirement rather than an active consciousness. The analysis of these "black holes" makes the participating trainees deeply realize the urgency and focus of building executive power.
When talking about "What is needed for execution", Mr. Zhu pointed out that executive power is first an issue of attitude, and then an issue of ability. The three key pillars supporting executive power are "obedience, responsibility, and initiative": obedience is the premise of execution, responsibility is the guarantee of execution, and initiative is the high-level state of execution. Together, they form the internal driving force for efficient execution.
The core segment of the course focuses on "How to Execute." Through a classic video case study of Sun Wu executing the king's concubines, it delves into the critical importance of compliance training for team execution.
Based on this case, the course distills three key principles of execution:
- Fast: Act immediately—no excuses, no delays.
- Precise: Stay locked on the target—results matter, avoid deviation.
- Relentless: Enforce strict rewards and penalties—clear accountability strengthens discipline.
Moreover, Professor Zhu emphasized the critical importance of an efficient team communication mechanism. He stressed that leaders must lead by example, take proactive responsibility, and consistently uphold execution requirements with unwavering commitment.
The on-site "Paper Airplane Game" interactive session allowed trainees to experience firsthand how a high-performance team collaborates in practice. Through this engaging exercise, participants gained profound insights into how goal alignment, process optimization, and seamless coordination directly impact execution outcomes.
At the end of the course, each study group conducted a review and summary based on the content of this internal training, sharing their understanding and insights into execution, and Mr. Zhu gave comments and guidance one by one. He emphasized that a truly excellent team must be one that adheres to the "execution culture". Only when the execution culture penetrates into the awareness of team members can their mindsets be changed, ultimately prompting them to consciously adjust their behaviors and form stable execution habits.
This 《Efficient Execution》 course not only deepened the understanding of execution among the company's management team and business backbones, but also enabled them to master specific paths to enhance execution. It is believed that in future work, they will promote the implementation of various tasks with stronger execution, thereby helping the company continue to make breakthroughs and achieve new successes in its development journey.
