Reuniting and Planning Ahead: Honle Group Holds 2024 Mid-Year Marketing Meeting
Honle Group held its 2024 mid-year marketing meeting on August 3 at the company’s headquarters, under the theme “Moving Forward in Adversity, Achieving New Success.” The meeting was hosted by Wang Zhongheng, the Commerce Department manager, with participation from leaders and sales teams across various departments. General Manager Feng Junfeng delivered a key speech.
The meeting began with Vice President of Sales, Yue Kunpeng, summarizing the domestic sales performance for the first half of 2024. Yue highlighted a 14.23% sales increase compared to the same period last year, with a focus on State Grid bidding, which reached nearly 160 million RMB. Payment collection also improved significantly. Yue outlined the strategy for the second half of the year, emphasizing the importance of fulfilling contracts and following company policies.
General Manager Feng praised the team’s achievements and provided directives for the third quarter, emphasizing continued focus on bidding, payment collection, contract fulfillment, and ongoing learning. He also stressed the importance of sincerity and teamwork in sales.
In the afternoon, Vice President of Technology, Wang Hongye, led a training session on the company’s new eco-friendly product. Vice President of Foreign Trade, Huang Huiqi, discussed the group’s foreign trade strategy, noting progress in new international markets despite global challenges. Huang emphasized expanding market coverage to achieve the group's global brand goals.
The meeting concluded with General Manager Feng providing a final commentary and announcing the next marketing meeting’s theme and location.
