Product Overview

 

LW3-12/630-20 column-mounted circuit breaker is suitable for opening and closing load currents and overload currents in the power system at a rated voltage of 12kV, rated current of 630A, 50/60Hz distribution network, and can automatically isolate the faulted distribution line section from the switch.

 

1. SF6 gas is a non-toxic, non-flammable electrical insulating gas with excellent arc extinguishing characteristics.

 

2. In addition to the standard ceramic bushings, a variety of solutions are available, including rubber insulators on epoxy equipment bushings.

 

3. The colour-coded main contact position indicator (green - open; red - closed) is easily visible when standing on the ground. This indicator is directly connected to the main contact drive shaft assembly to ensure accurate indication of contact status.

 

4. A spring-loaded energy storage operating mechanism ensures fast closing and breaking operations (less than 110ms).

 

5. Standby electronic controller for both local operation and main console operation using FTU/RTU interface.

 

6. The switches are made from proven robust and corrosion resistant materials (304L stainless steel plate for warships), ensuring a long service life (30 years) and the ability to perform a range of operations, ideal for column mounted equipment.

 

7. Each switch is factory-filled with SF6 gas, sealed and tested according to IEC60265-1(1988) and GB3804-1990 standards.
